Brokerage fee is 10% of the selling price. 

Yarmouth Boat Yard is the exclusive broker for the owner’s boat as described on the first page.
 

Displayed on land with Yarmouth Boat Yard pre-enjoyed boats.
Promoted with our master inventory, on our website, and other online channels.
Yarmouth Boat Yard will maintain a record of the current season boat and systems evaluation for presentation to potential buyers.
Trained sales professionals show and sell your boat.
We assist potential buyers in obtaining financing.
We help potential buyers obtain extended warranties for your boat to further enhance the value of your boat.
All boats eligible for extended service contracts will be marked as having the possibility of such contract. Cost of extended service contracts will be the sole  responsibility of the buyer of the boat.
 

All brokerage boats must have a current boat and systems evaluation, completed by Yarmouth Boat Yard, on file. The seller is responsible for the cost of the subject boat and systems evaluation, which is $195.
All boats in brokerage must be in ready to sell condition, cleaned, waxed and all personal gear removed.
All work necessary to maintain "ready to sell" condition is the seller's responsibility and can be done by the seller, or Yarmouth Boat Yard can complete the services for a fee.

Yarmouth Boat Yard will maintain basic cleanliness of boat after the customer's initial spring-cleaning/detailing until November 1st. The cost for said services is $50 per month. Said charges will be collected at the time of sale of the boat or if boat is removed from Yarmouth Boat Yard premises, at the time of removal.
No services for fee will be undertaken by Yarmouth Boat Yard without prior approval by the seller unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
 

The seller, at the seller's expense, must keep current insurance on the boat while covered under this Brokerage Agreement while it is on Yarmouth Boat Yard property.

Boat owner accepts full responsibility for loss or damage due to fire, theft or action of the elements.

The boat will be free of all liens prior to transfer of title to the new owner.

Brokerage agreement expires 12 months from the date of signing, or when the owner removes the boat from Yarmouth Boat Yard's premises, if such removal is agreed on by both parties in advance and in writing.
Any charges incurred during the sale term of the agreement must be paid in full before the boat is removed from Yarmouth Boat Yard's premises.
