The 2022 Sea Fox 228 Commander with a Yamaha F150XB outboard engine is an exceptionally versatile 22-foot center-console that delivers the fishability of a dedicated angling platform with the comfort and amenities needed for a full day on the water with family and friends.

At 22'4" with an 8'6" beam and 18° deep-V hull, this vessel provides a stable, capable platform for coastal cruising, offshore fishing, sandbar days, and watersports. Its Carolina-flared bow helps provide a confident ride, while the 90-gallon fuel capacity offers plenty of range for extended days on the water.

The spacious bow features comfortable seating with forward-facing backrests, removable filler cushions, an integrated casting platform, and substantial insulated storage/fishbox capacity. At the helm, the T-top provides shade and fishing functionality, while the leaning-post helm with flip-up bolsters gives the captain and passenger excellent support underway.

Serious anglers will appreciate the 30-gallon aquarium-style pressurized livewell with viewing window, raw-water washdown, stainless-steel rod holders, under-gunwale rod storage, insulated fish boxes, and an open self-bailing cockpit. The aft removable bench allows the cockpit to be configured for either fishing or cruising.
